LaKeisha (Keisha) Richards is originally from New Orleans, LA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from University of Maryland, University College and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Troy University. Keisha has a vested interest in helping youth and young adults build confidence, identify their gifts, obtain financial literacy and conquer their dreams by providing age appropriate learning opportunities. In addition, she has a passion for assisting youth and young adults in achieving personal and professional growth, financial independence and acquiring pertinent life skills through mentoring and accountability.

Professionally, Keisha is a Configuration Manager with the gift of administration, responsible for providing leadership to team members and ensuring the integrity of the engineering technical data package required for mission essential products. She has exceptional ability in the areas of organizational leadership, process implementation and improvement, and tactical prowess. Particularly, taking abstract requirements and turning them into enterprise initiatives. Keisha thrives where strategy meets tactics and is known for superior execution from implementation to task close-out.
